Our Birmingham Capital unit has successfully secured new projects, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician who enjoys delivering a valued service to our customers. You will specialise in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments for our reputable Social Housing client, working in domestic occupied properties.

The Electrician role:


Capable of wiring sockets, fuse spurs, fans, lights, showers, pumps and renewing CCUs with the ability to test and certify the work
You will be working towards weekly productivity targets based on property completion
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.


What will you bring as an Electrician?


Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), 18th Edition certificate, and AM2 is essential
Test and Inspect qualifications desired but not essential
Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
