To utilise and promote a rehabilitative palliative care approach to: Provide Occupational Therapy interventions for patients attending Day services, In Patient Unit and the community hubs. Manage a caseload, using evidence based/patient centred principles within physical and psychological medicine to maintain independence and promote wellbeing. Support patients and those important to them with a palliative life limiting condition. To maintain clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
