The Growth Company (GC) are looking for a highly organised and motivated Team Support Co-ordinator to join their busy team. This role will require you to assist and support both the project manager and remote based team (Between 5-20) in the day-to-day running of the service.

GC Business Growth Hub is a community of specialists with a passion to help businesses across Greater Manchester to realise their ambitions. Since 2011, the Hub has supported more than 15,000 businesses including start-ups, scale-ups and established businesses, providing finance guidance, creating international links, and paving the way for innovation and people development across the region. We work with the best of public and private partners, offering expert one-to-one and peer-to-peer business support, events, specialist programmes, funding and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

Making and handling enquires such as calls, correspondence, emails and face-to-face
Liaising with advisors to make sure all clients are allocated within a 48-hour time frame- this includes planning visits and meetings with clients/partners
Using in house systems, CRMs and data bases to accurately input data and information from clients, referrals enquiries and services use
Be able to confidently multi-task and work with multiple departments to plan meetings, events, seminars, conferences and seminars. But also, actively promote these events, delegate registrations/attendance and feedback
Receive and action applications for programmes, subscriptions etc. Making sure all policy’s and procedures are followed and all correct documentation is collected, accurately sorted and stored
Produce reports for Management that outline service performance, impact data, funding required, timetables/timescales for business
Accurately raise purchase orders, sales invoices, process all invoices, as well as conduct financial period reconciliations and reporting in a timely manner
Monitor visits, suppliers and contractors and conduct regular performance checks to ensure all contractual obligations/evidence is in place
Experience:

Experience working with compliance within publicly funded programmes
Communicating with clients via phone, email and face to face
Delivering projects of work in order to meet defined targets and competing priorities
Tracking and producing performance management data
Working with CRM and in house systems/data bases
High level of knowledge and understanding in contract management practice, and compliance particularly with regard to publicly funded programmes
About you:

High communication skills both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Good negotiation and listening skills
Good knowledge of IT Applications such was Microsoft word and excel
Can work well in a high pressure environment
Approachable, with confidence to request data / information from professionals when required and highlight non-compliance (with support and backing of Team Manager)
