As a Customer Service Practitioner apprentice you will work with our team to provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth and successful customer experience.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Customer support
- Maintaining a professional environment with the workplace
- Building excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and distributing post, liaising with couriers
- Manage customer emails responding within a timely manner
- Liaise with the Clinic and Customer Support of complaints and required refunds,
in order that the authorisation process is followed
Organisational Responsibility:
- To act professionally, courteously, and effectively at all times in line with the
organisation’s values
- Maintain effective and positive working relationships with Goodbody Group staff,
external organisations and clients
- Shared responsibility for general office tidiness within reception area and kitchen
area
- To undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required within the scope
and level of the post
Communication:
You will have frequent and on-going communication with;
- Clinicians and Clinic Manager
- Operations Manager
- Team Members
Personal Qualities required:
- A desire to achieve highest standards possible.
- An eye for and attention to detail
- Commitment to keeping skills and knowledge up to date.
- Customer and service focused.
- Flexible and responds positively to new challenges.
- Self-motivated
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Team player and able to work on own initiative.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An eye for and attention to detail
- Willingness to work outside of office hours if necessary (occasionally)

Functional Skills in English and maths if required
End Point Assessment:
Presentation; Practical Observation; Professional Discussion
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Possible permanent employment and / or progression onto a Level 3 programme
or further training.
