Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Sheffield/Rotherham - Up to £46,000 DOE
CBW has a brand new opportunity for an experienced gas engineer to join a well established FM company on a mobile basis. This role is covering the Sheffield, Rotherham & Barnsley region. Below are all the details on this fantastic position.

Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas
- Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties
- Carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively.
- Self delivery of smaller installations
- Electrical wiring of commercial boilers
- Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
- Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment
- Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
- Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
- Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship
Person specification:
- Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
- Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
- Have experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment: Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable) Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
- Building services knowledge
