Your new company
Hays Education are working with a school in Mansfield who are looking for an experienced Attendance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to be taken on permanently for the right candidate.
Your new role
As an Attendance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in promoting excellent attendance and supporting the students' welfare. You will have the responsibility to input data and maintain an accurate attendance record for students and staff and will need to regularly liaise with students, staff, parents, and external agencies to address any attendance concerns.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working within a school office (essential)
- Experience using SIMS system or ability to pick systems up quickly
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
