About the role:
The Role is to Support the Flying Start Community Manager - North in the day to day running of the Welshpool Integrated Family Centre
Dealing with all customers, face to face or over the telephone; ensuring that all enquiries are correctly identified and resolved effectively at the first point of contact.
About you:
Experience of working in a Customer Services environment.
Experience of inputting and extracting information on the computer.
Experience of effectively managing sometimes difficult or stressful situations.
Ability to Communicate (both verbally and written) with a wide range of customers and staff in an understanding, clear and concise manner.
Ability to demonstrate clear commitment to the team approach, providing support to colleagues, demonstrating respect for their views and concerns.
Willing to work at other sites and hours which may include weekend and evenings
