Production Supervisor Required
Leek, ST13 area
Key Role and responsibilities for Production Supervisor:
Working closely with Production Manager, Maintenance & Quality team
Ensuring effective set up of the production line
Managing the work of the team
Maintain and document high levels of cleanliness and Good Manufacturing practice
Effective delegation & coaching
Making sure that the staff is following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements for Production Supervisor:
Previous Supervisor experience
Previous experience in Food Production preferable but not necessary
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under the pressure
Very good organisational skills
Leading by example
Pay rate: £12.50
* up to £13.15 per hour following successful training period
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 13:45 - 22:00
Friday 13:45 - 20:00
