We are looking for an incredible L&D practitioner to join our People Team at urbanbubble.
Urbanbubble operates Residential Communities in key cities across the UK and we are proud to partner with impressive clients. Our
headcount stands at 350 people with huge projected growth!

What will you do?
This role would suit someone with passion, drive and determination to put in place their own ideas, and have a real impact. You
will have implemented a range of L&D initiatives across the L&D spectrum, such as
* Carrying out capability assessments across the organisation
* Designing blended learning solutions
* Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
* Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development
* Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes
* Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
* Facilitating learning interventions
* Creating a coaching culture in the organisation
* Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
What are we looking for?
You be great with people, a great team player, have great L&D experience to draw upon and you will be keen to partner closely
across the business. You will be experienced in designing creative and engaging e-learning and have a flair for different media
to engage people with learning initiatives.
