An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Meadows for a Site Manager. We are looking to recruit a committed and self-motivated individual who is experienced in managing and maintaining the school premises to a high standard. You will be an important member of our school team and will have a positive approach to this key role.

You will have a good knowledge of Health and Safety with the ability to line manage the Site Team including cleaners.

You will:

Be dedicated and hardworking
Be a team player who is friendly and professional, relating well to staff and students
Be responsible, flexible and reliable
Demonstrate best practice in the management of the school premises
Able to use ICT systems and Microsoft packages
Responsibilities will include:

Improvement, general maintenance and to cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds
Locking and unlocking the school buildings ensuring the security of our site with key holding
To ensure appropriate training and development programs are in place for all the premises staff
Ensuring the compliance of the school premises through regular routine and scheduled maintenance of the Site
