We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Manager Grade 5 to join our team in the Social Care industry. As a Business Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our organization by ensuring the efficient functioning of various administrative processes and providing support to our business partners. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
Develop and implement strategies to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency
Coordinate and provide support for various departments and teams as needed
Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial reports
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Manage and resolve any administrative issues or problems that may arise
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the Social Care industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.47
