Randstad C&P are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to manage a number of luxury, bespoks projects concurrently. The role will involve managing varoius projects across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire, valued at up to £10m. Each project will require unique attention, thus a well-rounded background within high-end, bespoke projects is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and project specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication
  • Assess proposed changes to project scope, evaluate their impact on budget and schedule, and manage change orders
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously review project processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in contract management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of overseeing contracts for high-end residential projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, procurement practices, and relevant legal frameworks, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

The role can pay an attractive salary of up to £68,000 plus benefits, in addition to joining a warm and close knit team who boast an excellent company culture.
