Ready to step into a challenging sales career?
Join us as a Team Leader at Ammar Food Store. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing Strategic sales plans that expand our company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including product availability and pricing.
• Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales & related workers.
• Establishing and monitoring work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets.
• Developing and implementing new strategies for the growth of business; liaising with the management, supplier, or other relevant persons to resolve operational problems.
• Determines or recommends staffing and other needs to meet sales and productivity targets; reports as required to Management on departmental activities.
• Providing daily reports to the Management. Discussing the Customers requirements and building and promoting healthy and long-lasting customer relations.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelves stocks, product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to the customers.
• Preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities by doing market research.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• To have retail management experience
• To be confident working in a team, approachable, and friendly to colleagues and customers

• Open-minded and collaborative
Good to have:
• Understand the local market and specifically Asian-style superstores
• Knowledge of English/Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi
