Are you looking for the role that is personally fulfilling, and professionally rewarding? Dimensions is an award-winning, life-changing, not-for-profit charity which promotes independence for every individual.
We are looking for compassionate and inspiring Support Workers to join our team in West Bromwich to support three gentlemen with learning disabilities who each live in their own 1 bedroom flat in the same block. They are each supported 2:1 so you would be working alongside another member of staff. The gentlemen would like support with their personal care, preparing meals, going out for their favourite activities, doing the shopping, attending medical appointments and household activities such as cleaning and washing.
Shifts:
We are looking for people with the flexibility to work across our rota which will include both weekdays and weekends (but you will have alternate weekends off)!
Shift patterns will be discussed at interview.
Our rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held until the post is filled
