Duties
As the Registered Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this Residential Home for Younger Adults aged 19+ and making a difference to their lives. The home is quite small and very homely and offers supported living and a learning environment for the young people. You will be focussed on compliance and up to date with relevant legislation, but most of all an inspirational leader of people.
Criteria
Qualified to Level 5 Diploma Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.
A minimum Diploma of Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Experience of working in a CQC Registered Home.
Excellent supervisory and management experience.
Proven experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
