We're seeking a talented individual to join our client’s team in the estimation and administrative sphere. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth progression of projects, from initial inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage initial inquiries, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and orders in our CRM system.
• Evaluate material and labour requirements to determine the most cost-effective approach.
• Coordinate tender processes with our supply chain for various project elements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal departments, to refine cost estimates.
• Prepare quotations with precision and within specified timelines.
• Ensure work orders contain all necessary information for manufacturing efficiency.
• Foster clear communication with project departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
• A keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Confident demeanour with excellent MS Office proficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Capacity to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
