Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: £27000 per annum
Location: Crewe
Working hours: 8am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
Are you passionate about providing exceptional administrative support ensuring smooth daily operations. Our client is looking for a talented Office Administrator to join their team and support in various essential functions.
Key responsibilities:
• Processing orders
• Preparation of risk assessments and day to day management of site requirements
• Scheduling of works with customers
• Ordering materials
• Management of Directors schedules
• Updating the company website
• Producing and organising mailshots
Candidate requirements:
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Strong organisational skills and eye for detail
• Be able to coordinate and work to deadlines
• Photoshop or WordPress experience
• Full UK Driving licence
