Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Labourer/Machine Operator to join our client in Cumbernauld on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Pay rate: £11.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Friday, 7:30am to 12:30pm
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Manual handling
- Heavy lifting of metal sheets
- Operating machinery in the production process
- General labouring duties
The ideal Labourer/Machine Operator will have:
- Previous experience manually handling heavy materials
- Previous experience in a production environment (not essential as cross-training can be provided)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A good level of physical fitness
