The role:
The Talent & Resourcing Business Partner is a brand-new opportunity at Rugby Borough Council and it will allow the successful candidate to make the role their own, leading the strategic recruitment and resourcing priorities and delivering operationally.
• Working with managers and HR Business Partners to provide recruitment & resourcing advice, providing innovative and effective resourcing solutions and implementing them to deliver high quality candidates.
• Lead on all aspects of the talent attraction and resourcing cycle across Rugby Borough Council
• Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and Leadership team to implement medium- and long-term resourcing solutions.
