"I live in Swansea and I am looking for support workers to come and join my team. I have lots of energy and being active is really important to me. I go to the gym for fitness classes, I like long walks and doing outdoor activities at Pembrey. I have a mobility van and you need to be over 25 to drive it.
I also like to bake, arts and crafts and playing the piano. Keeping my home clean and tidy is important to me.

The role - Providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities to achieve daily tasks and enjoy activities. We are a group of adults who need support to maintain our independence and to manage our health and wellbeing.
You will be working as part of a team and covering day shifts and sleep ins. Drivers preferable
The Package up to 12.37 per hour, full training and support, flexible hours.
