Working in close collaboration with our experienced and compassionate teaching staff, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Implementing personalised education plans.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Cultivating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic educational approach.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each student.
- Experience in supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
- CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
