Arc Legal Assistance, an AmTrust International business, is a specialist provider of legal expenses insurance and related services. We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling.

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers, you will be the first point of contact for customers to deal with and resolve their issues relating to home emergency matters - conducting investigation calls with customers, recording claim details, making a judgement, and seeing through to resolution.

Reporting into the Customer Relations Manager this is a customer facing role with a primary focus on maintaining the high service levels upheld by the customer relations department.

Essential role functions include but are not limited to:

Handling and resolving complaints in accordance with service standards and FCA regulations.
Corresponding with policyholders, contractors, claim suppliers, vehicle recovery operators and solicitors by letter and telephone.
Providing prompt and clear communications to the complainant within regulatory timescales.
Ensure consistent and fair customer outcomes by assessing all aspects of the complaints received in line with similar past cases/decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong and robust customer service skills, experience with a variety of communication platforms (with a particular strength in written communication). You should also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

We'll give you all the training required and along with Home Emergency you'll also be cross-trained in Legal Expenses Insurance, so great opportunity to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
