Role Overview
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering holistic care to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment. Your responsibilities will include providing safe treatment according to prescribed protocols and fostering a patient-centered environment.
Main Responsibilities
• Deliver personalised care to patients, prioritising their individual needs.
• Mentor and support fellow team members.
• Administer safe haemodialysis treatment in accordance with prescribed regimens.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and stakeholders.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while actively contributing to their improvement.
• Pursue continuous professional development to enhance patient care standards.
• Champion evidence-based practice and contribute to its evaluation and implementation.
Person Specification
• Full NMC registration.
• Nursing degree qualification.
• Previous experience in renal nursing is advantageous (training will be provided).
• Strong communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of professional nursing standards.
• Adaptability to changing work environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and flexible demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
