Assist in preparing, monitoring, and forecasting financial information Represent K2 Healthcare Ltd at various meetings, including those with member practice stakeholders and strategic partners Manage all accounting operations including Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Nominal Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Fixed Assets and Cash Management Support the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Preparation of required reporting including monitoring of Company cash flow forecasts which align to Credit Control and Accounts Payable. Lead the month-end and year-end close process ensuring timely reporting to the Board Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, continually review the financial processes to ensure they continue to be up to date. Manage and comply with statutory reporting requirements and tax filings with HMRC Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
