Location: Southwold and surrounding villages
Salary: £11.44
Employment type: Flexible

Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
Job Description:
We are seeking a well-presented, friendly, and outgoing individual to join our client's team as a Hotel Receptionist. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests and diners warmly, building rapport and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and diners in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Handle online bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Attend to guest requirements promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional overtime.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
