We are looking for a highly motivated individual with interior design industry experience to teach across both our UAL Level 3 Interior Design & Architecture course and our new HND Interior Design course, including assuming course leadership responsibilities. You will be delivering both industry skills and knowledge to our eager students.

Candidates should demonstrate competence in various creative and technical processes such as but not limited to:
• Design software proficiency
• Space planning and layout design
• Material selection and specification
• Rendering and visualisation
• Sustainable design practices
• Project management
• Communication and presentation skills

These skills will not only enhance our learners’ academic journey but also prepare them for a successful career in interior design or architecture.

The successful candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, resilient and have an eagerness to seek out development opportunities for our courses. You will also be able to demonstrate an adaptive and flexible teaching style to support and stretch a diverse range of students.

Teaching experience and relevant qualifications are desirable although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills and is willing to engage in self-development.

It is essential that our courses reflect industry practices, and you will be key in driving course development to ensure it remains relevant and meets contemporary industry needs. You should also expect to provide prompt, accurate and detailed assessment of student work at key stages during the academic year.

The closing date for applications is Monday 27th May 2024. The successful candidate will join our team from 19th August 2024.
