Hours Job Types: 25 HOURS MON - FRI – NO SHIFT WORK - SOCIABLE HOURS 08.00AM –1.00pm
Salary: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour
Additional pay: Loyalty bonus, Performance bonus & Quarterly bonus
We are very proud to be a leading UK-based, British-made, fourth family generation manufacturing business with over 90 years of experience; specialising in metal presswork/metal stamping.
We have the capabilities to complete the following processes:
· Sheet metal fabrication
· Progressive presswork/High volume stamping
· Precision Presswork
· Metal presswork
· Welding and assembly
What we are looking for in our successful candidate:
Responsibilities on the factory floor:
• Adhere to All Health & Safety Standards and Regulations
• Complete production on units on press machine
• Monitor Machines for Irregularities
• Learn how to control and adjust machine settings
• Inspect finished products with precision and measuring tools
On-the-job training/learning is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
