Your skills and experiences: This opportunity is available to nurses with leadership experience which does not have to be specifically based in the community. We welcome applications from experienced nurse leaders working in care homes, community hospitals, private hospitals, practice nursing or the acute sector. How we will support you to develop: In return we will support your career progression through a District Nursing career progression framework, including advanced clinical practice and leadership training in this area. You will also receive regular 1:1 support and development and annual appraisal, regular group clinical supervision with your peers, and a comprehensive internal training programme around clinical competencies. Please see attached JD/PS for full duties. Working patterns: The service currently operates 7 days a week between the core hours of 0800-1830. Shift patterns available are 0800-1600, 1030-1630 or 0800-1830.
