Summary

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Plan and create menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
