EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR (MONDAY-FRIDAY) 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

In this newly created role as an Executive Administrator you will be responsible for providing effective administration support to the Head of CEO Office.

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

o To support the administration and minute taking of Management & Committee Meetings and project group meetings, as directed by the Head of CEO Office.
o Executive Administrator to act as proof reader on all reports.
o To provide an effective direct administrative/secretarial support service to the Head of CEO Office on a day to day basis through the monitoring, support and action of general correspondence, emails, telephone calls, diary engagements, meetings, communications and visit.
o Executive Administrator to ensure that agendas are prepared with the respective Directors for Committees and incorporate agenda items for other meetings / staff.
o To ensure that agendas are sent out in a timely manner for the CEO Team meetings and take notes of the meetings.
o Executive Administrator to provide administrative support for the booking of travel and hotel arrangements for the ELT & Board.
