Main duties include:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their requirements and provide information about our products and services.
- Promote and sell our range of used mobiles, tablets, and accessories to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Stay informed about our product offerings, features, and specifications to effectively assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to ensure a smooth sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback for management review.
Skills and Education:
- Proven one year experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with mobile devices and the electronics market is advantageous.
