Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to introduce a full-time employed Mortgage Advisor to a highly valued client in Dorchester, Dorset.
Why should you be interested? Our client is offering:
- a salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 PA, dependant on experience, salary expectations & interview performance.
- on target earnings of £55,000 to £65,000 PA thanks to our client’s lucrative bonus scheme, details available on request.
- employer sponsored CeRER or Cert CII (ER) study with LIBF or CII, subject to need & a training agreement.
- 29 days of holiday per year, including Bank Holidays & your Birthday off, rising to 33 days (long service award).
- a workplace pension.
- office hours of 0900hrs to 1730hrs (Monday to Thursday) with a 1600hrs finish on Fridays.
- free onsite parking and stunning offices in a highly commutable location.
- a highly supportive culture with in-house/salaried Administrators/Paraplanners to support end to end.

- is an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to advise clients on a whole of market basis.
- is CeMAP/Cert CII (MP) qualified with 2+ years’ experience in advising in a broker, bank or estate agency context.
- is ideally CeRER/ Cert CII (ER) qualified, not necessary.
- is driven, wants to provide excellent advice and write lots of business. Expect to be passed client leads from partner referrals & social media/Google PPC marketing with access to our client’s extensive database of pre-existing clients. You’ll advise on a variety of mortgage products including: First Time Buyer, Remortgage, Buy to Let, Credit repair, Interest Only, Product Transfer & Commercial.
- has an excellent attention to detail and understands the client/application/funder journey well. You’ll also be well versed in: undertaking product research; conducting compliance checks & completing product applications with a variety of lenders/funders/portals.
- is affable & highly professional. Daily you’ll meet clients in-person/via telephone, undertake fact finds, tailor recommendations & explain product features.
- is a promoter. You’ll also highlight our client’s estate & wealth planning, specialist lending, investment & pension services to a variety of high-net-worth clients.
- is articulate, numerate & IT literate.
- is ethical and values integrity/professional standards.
- is an excellent multitasker with capacity for a broad workload.
- is a team player.
- is highly presentable & client facing.
