Renowned for our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and exceptional customer service, we are expanding our operations and looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager at 2R4 Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of our franchise outlet.
Main duties include:
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to ensure smooth operations in our franchise outlet.
- Supervise daily activities, including procurement, staffing, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower our environmental impact.
- Efficiently manage supply chain operations to guarantee a steady supply of premium, sustainably sourced products.
- Adhere to and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with higher management to implement initiatives that align with our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
Skills and Education:
- Proven two years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
