Phones Station Limited is a growing trader of mobile communication devices in Monmouth, is seeking a creative, strategic, and dynamic individual to assume the role of Web and Social Media Manager. As a key player in its team, the manager will be instrumental in shaping its digital narrative, enhancing its brand presence, and engaging with its audience across various online platforms.

Main duties include:

- Craft and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with its company's goals, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Generate compelling content for its website and social media channels, ensuring it resonates with its target audience and adheres to its brand voice.
- Manage and grow its presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, engaging with its community, and monitoring social trends to capitalize on engagement opportunities.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and social media activity, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Ensure the organization’s website is optimized for search engines, improving visibility and driving organic traffic.
- Work closely with internal teams, including the marketing and customer service departments, to ensure a unified brand message. Lead external agencies or contractors as needed to support digital initiatives.

Skills and Education:

- Proven one year experience in a digital marketing or social media management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and content management systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
