Bourne House is also where you'll find our nursing household. ABOUT YOU You’ll need to be an experienced care home manager with, or working towards, a Level 5
Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent and will have relevant business qualifications and/or experience. A supportive and caring leader who empowers their team to always do their best, you’ll also be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care. AND IN RETURN….
