Main duties include:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a wide range of communication equipment, including mobile phones and wireless gadgets.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in communication equipment and repair techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
