Summary

As part of this expansion, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our dynamic team.
Main duties include:
- Conduct panel beating and restoration work on used cars and light motor vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Assess and repair collision damage, including dents, scratches, and structural issues, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by filling and sanding imperfections, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Align panels and components accurately, ensuring proper fitment and functionality, and assemble vehicle parts as needed.
- Perform thorough inspections to identify and rectify any defects or issues, ensuring the overall quality and safety of the repaired vehicles.
- Work closely with other team members, including Paint Technicians and Mechanics, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Skills and Education:
- Proven one year experience as a Panel Beater in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of panel beating techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Certification or relevant training in panel beating is preferred.
