Fawkes and Reece are working with a Specialist ground works contractor in Cheadle, sub contracting to New house build clients on volume house build projects in the Northwest. Offering £40k - £60k and a car allowance/company vehicle.
North-west leading Civil Engineering contractor specialising in ground works for the house building and residential market. They work with some of the largest building contractors in the UK on projects such as New Build, Schools, Supermarkets, Hospital and health care, Education, and commercial buildings.
The Quantity Surveyor Will be involved in the commercial management of multiple £10million - £20million projects with some of the largest House building clients in the Northwest.
Essential to success in this position is having experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Groundworks sub contractor for new house build clients
