Summary
Hyphen is a boutique live events & experiential agency and we're looking for Event Managers with bags of personality! £24.66 per hour (including holiday pay) and your mileage paid! Flexible starts with shifts available throughout 2024!
We're looking for enthusiastic, engaging and responsible Event Managers to work with our Head Office team bringing our highly regarded client's experiences and their products to life with a human centred approach.
What will you be doing?
- Overseeing and supporting with installation and derig of the activation
- Liaising with suppliers / stakeholders on our behalf
- Leading and managing a team of Brand Ambassadors, including signing off timesheets
- Being proactive in ensuring the BA team are delivering effective messages about the brand / product
- Monitoring progress throughout the day against KPI's, being proactive in driving success of the campaign
- Reporting before, during and post activity daily to your Account Manager/Account Director.
- Monitoring stock levels / tech performance / engagements
- Being point person on the ground for venue managers, Hyphen head office and other stakeholders
- Driving and maintaining promotional or hire vehicles on behalf of Hyphen
- Adhering to H&S requirements of the activation
The role requires activity outside of normal working hours. This may include staying away from home, working unsociable hours and working at public venues / major events where there a large crowd of people. We provide you with all uniform, equipment, briefing and on-going support that you need to be successful in role.
We are looking for someone who;

- Relishes the responsibility of supporting others and leads by example
- Is a proactive solution finder and is not afraid of dealing with challenges
- Is proficient with tech and iPad/Tablet type devices to be able to demonstrate
- Is proactive in finding solutions, particularly when footfall may be low
