We are Hyphen, we are a boutique live events & experiential agency and we're looking for individuals with experience of leading a teams in the building of stands and spaces for events and exhibitions with a real can-do attitude, willing to be flexible and comfortable traveling away from home.

£20.73 per hour (including holiday pay) and pension contribution. Flexible start dates with shifts available immediately.

What will you be doing:

You could be working with us to take the lead to deliver any number of our live events and brand activations, managing other crew to;

  • Loading & unloading vehicles (fork-lift license a bonus!) from Hyphen's warehouse facility in Norwich.
  • Working with load lists to ensure correct equipment is loaded / unloaded
  • Support with ensuring equipment is placed in the correct location within the warehouse and has been audited in and out
  • Driving vehicles to and from event sites (up to 3.5 ton) including collecting from hire firms
  • Running errands to support the delivery of the activity, including collections, deliveries and purchasing materials.
  • Support with the breaking down of activations, with due care ensuring equipment is packed and loaded to avoid damage.

You would be perfect for our team if you:

  • Love a build challenge and is solution orientated.
  • Are calm under pressure and able to adjust to event requirements.
  • Are comfortable working unsociable hours and away from home.
  • Don't mind some heavy lifting as part of the job
  • Are experienced and competent driving 3.5 ton vehicles.
  • Has sufficient practical skills to be able to support with building temporary stands and sets
  • Has a robust understanding and compliance with H&S policies and procedures.
