Crynodeb
The successful candidate will have direct contact with patients, taking medical histories, carrying out physical examinations, updating records, making diagnoses, analysing test results, undertaking home visits and delivering treatment. Working to a professional code of ethics you will be able to demonstrate flexibility in the role and have a caring attitude towards patients. You will have substantial clinical experience in this speciality field is required to undertake a key role as part of our clinical team aiming to enhance and develop services to meet the needs of the local population. You will have the opportunity to be instrumental in developing future services as part of our on-going commitment in developing an integrated approach to care. You will be educated to Masters Level, including independent non-medical prescribing. We will consider applications from practitioners working towards completion of Masters. We aim to improve the sustainability, quality and efficiency of services, enhance integrated services with the community and improve care pathways, delivering a truly person centred service. You will have the opportunity to work across a number of sites with varying patient demographic as well as community and outreach services. A robust induction and personal development plan to meet their professional development needs will be developed with our GP Nurse Practitioner lead. We work closely with our PCN practices to develop an innovative primary care service to a patient population in excess of 90,000.
