Role Overview:
As an Income Officer, you'll play a vital role in sustaining tenancies by ensuring residents have access to the support they need during these challenging times. Your responsibilities will include managing rent and service charge collections across your locality, working with customer accounts from various tenures. Tasks will involve negotiating payment arrangements, providing welfare benefit and money advice, managing evictions, and preparing court applications. You'll collaborate with external agencies and local authorities, occasionally visiting customers in their homes and attending court hearings.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience).
Travel: As part of the role, you'll need to travel, so having a car and full driving licence is essential.
