Level 1 Cleaner - Permanent Post £11.59 per hour up to 10 hours per week
Monday – Friday 3pm – 5pm term time plus School holiday times 50 hours (actual days to be agreed with Site Manager)The Head Teacher and Governors of Wyvern Primary School are looking to appoint a dedicated and energetic cleaner to join our friendly cleaning team. This is a part time post working 10 hours per week Monday – Friday 3pm – 5pm term time and an additional set of hours during the holiday periods as part of the deep cleaning process. This totals 43 weeks per year. The holiday hours are worked between the core hours of 8am – 4pm. Wyvern Primary is a large, multi-cultural primary school, which was judged as “Good” in our January 2022 Ofsted inspection. Duties would include • To maintain daily cleaning of all internal areas of the school including sweeping, dusting, wall washing, toilet cleaning, mopping and use of vacuum cleaners. • Ensuring that identified key areas of the school receive priority in the cleaning schedule. • Undertake any additional cleaning duties as directed, by the Premises Officer & Site manager. • Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed, in accordance with LCC including use of cleaning materials in accordance with COSHH regulations We are looking for someone who is • able to work with minimum supervision • in good health • enthusiastic • flexible with working hours • able to complete tasks to a high standardClosing date: Friday 31st May 2024 Interview date: Tuesday 11th June 2024
