Teaching AssistnatWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant at Furzefield Primary School starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to be part of a dedicated team and has a strong desire to develop children’s learning and improve the life chances of children through educational support and pastoral care. You will need to be a flexible team player with a sense of humour and an optimistic outlook. Experience of working with children with SEND would be an advantage, although not essential. Ideally you will be patient and calm, with a consistent and positive approach to managing pupils’ behaviour and a good understanding of how children learn.
