About the role:
We are currently recruiting a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Learning Support team in Oxfordshire, to effectively transition all learners with an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) into and out of college, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support interventions that contribute to their retention and achievement.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Guildford College campus.
What do you need to be successful as an EHCP Transition Coordinator at Activate Learning?
You will have experience of working with learners who have an Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and have a wide knowledge of disabilities and learning difficulties. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating effective professional relationships with colleagues, learners and the wider community are essential.
