Position: Relief Security Officer
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour (potential earnings of 40k+ based on a 5-day working week)
Shift Pattern: Various (days, nights, & weekends)
Requirements:
• Valid SIA license
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer-oriented work experience
• Previous experience in the security industry (desirable)
• 5-year checkable work history
Main Responsibilities:
• Serve as a central point of contact and information for staff, visitors, and tenants.
• Adhere to all written and verbal instructions diligently.
• Promptly report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Monitor access points, granting or denying entry as appropriate.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter threats to client property and assets.
• Investigate incidents and take lawful action as per corporate policy.
• Conduct ID checks.
• Remain vigilant to health and safety risks.
