Job title: Salesforce Developer
Salary: GBP 50000 to 60000 per annum

This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Salesforce Developer who will play a major role with the technical design and development of the company’s technical offerings. The position is based at our Leicester office with occasional assignments at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Responsible for developing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce applications
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs and Maintain Salesforce documentation.
Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
Support business requirements and deal with all the CRM needs of the client.
Mentor Programmers and Designers on back-end web functionality.
Develop custom workflows, triggers, process builder flows, and validation rules to automate business processes.
Plan and conduct requirements gathering session with the business to collect functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's Salesforce technology enhancement and initiatives.
Apply programming knowledge to data management, scripting languages, API and integration tasks.
API Integration with payment gateway using Fin Dock and payment Gateway Integration with Stripe and PayPal.
Should have implemented high volumes of data for data governance requirements for legacy and standard data formats including XML, files, CSV, Excel (standard and advanced) using standard data mapping tools and Open-Source.
Should have handled data warehouse features like partitioning, sampling and indexing in context of Salesforce and its multiple data field source files and matching them to their related target fields in the destination.
Ensure any reusable code created and any innovative work done within the team is communicated.
Engage with the technical architects to ensure designs are appropriate and then ensure those designs are implemented by the team.
Ensure the teams produce high quality, well-tested software that conforms to all technical guidance and standards.

Required skills and experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce IDE.
Proficiency in various database scripting languages like MYSQL, Apex, Native, VisualForce.
Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Effective communication and teamwork ability.
Familiarity with business process analysis and CRM systems.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Familiarity with Big Data, designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point.
