We are seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to provide exceptional repair and maintenance services for a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' mobile devices are promptly and expertly repaired to the highest standards.
Main duties include:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various mobile devices,
including screen replacements, battery replacements, and troubleshooting
software problems.
- Perform thorough assessments of devices to identify issues and provide accurate
repair estimates to customers.
- Utilize a variety of specialized tools and equipment to disassemble, repair, and
reassemble mobile devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the proper handling and
disposal of parts and materials.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and
concerns with professionalism and patience.
Skills and Education:
- Proven 1 years of experience as a Mobile Repair Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in a variety
of mobile devices.
- Strong knowledge of mobile device components and their functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in mobile device repair is a plus.
