As an HR Officer at Kudee Ltd, you will play a vital role in nurturing a positive work environment, supporting talent acquisition and development, and managing various human resources functions.
Main duties include:
- Collaborate with the management to identify staffing needs, participate in the
recruitment process, and ensure we attract top-tier talent.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, providing a seamless transition
into the company culture and ensuring they have the necessary resources and
information.
- Plan, implement, and oversee employee training and development programs to
enhance skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive
workplace culture that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with
relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
plans, and other employee perks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with
data protection laws.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant work
experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive
working relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical
standards.
