As a Flooring Installer at Carpet World Cardiff Ltd., you will be a crucial member of our installation team, working to ensure that our clients receive the best flooring solutions, installed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and prepare floors for installation, including cleaning, leveling, and removal of the old flooring as necessary.
• Accurately measure, cut, and lay down flooring materials such as laminate, vinyl, and carpet.
• Ensure that all flooring is secured appropriately and apply any necessary finishes or sealants.
• Ensure all installations meet the high standards of Carpet World Cardiff Ltd. This includes meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to unparalleled craftsmanship.
• Professionally interact with customers, answering any questions and ensuring they are satisfied with the work.
• Properly maintain and clean installation tools and equipment.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Regularly attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest installation techniques and flooring materials

Requirements:
• Previous experience in flooring installation, preferably in laminate, vinyl, or carpet.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with using various flooring tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
